The Ultrasound Results ARE IN

Look at the cute little baby!!!!! He/She is now a comfortable 13.5 cm from Head to rump (bum) and the little heart is beating a healthy 149 beats per minute.
Here he/she has already learned how to suck her thumb. Ohhhhh, she will be learning to suck on something else pretty quick, lol!!!!
Ummmmmmmm, not sure what this is, my best guess is the development of the brain

I like to call this one the 'David Beckham,' he/she is going to have a deadly right foot from this solid foot development, the foot measured a staggering 2.9 cm long

All I can say, this baby is making this journey of growth look pretty comfortable, feet up and chilling, what a life!!!!!!!!
The guy doing the ultrasound said everything looked healthy so all we can do is wait another long 4 1/2 months until the little one appears, the next time we see he/she it will be in person. Well until then we will just have to keep updating the belly progress, and Karin I will get right on those other pics just for you!!!!!!!!!
ENJOY

My girls got some side profile curves goin on!!!

Well it has been a while but I wanted to see some visible progress before I wrote again, and well there is lots of progress. We are now 1 week into our fifth month and doing fabulous. Those 3 in 1 pants are continuing to do there job as they still stretch up and over the hump that I like to call baby. And we have gotten some much needed hand-me-down tops that Steph has comfortably jumped into. Steph or Ron Jr. is now a comfortable 5 to 5.5 inches from crown-to-rump as they like to say and weighs approximately 5.25 ounces. We visited the midwife on January 9 and got to hear the heart beat again which was awesome as well found out that her uterus is way at the back of her belly so when it shifts to the front we should see a further expansion of Stephs ever growing tummy.

Stephanie is feeling really good though, still able to power walk every day and work is still going on as usual. We have also signed up for our prenatal classes which begin in mid April and run for 6 weeks on Wednesday nights.

And of course the 'butterflies', they came this week, and for those that don't know what the 'butterflies' are they are the first feeling of the baby. However, this leaves me pretty upset because the baby is just as much hers as it is mine and I just want to feel the little one darnit. To add to my displeasure our midwife had to futher upset me by saying that I would not feel baby until week 23, so ya, impressed, not at all.

On that note, we will have another update just after January 23rd because that is Ultrasound Day and we are going to scan the pics and include them so that you guys can all see whats going on.

Hope all is well
Love Ron and Stephanie
